While we are huge fans of individuality (and the exotic), we have to ask that exotic pals, such as skunks and ferrets, find happy homes with a friend or family member. Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums as per our pet addendum.

At Modera West Wash Park, the one-time fees include a $300 holding fee due at application, which becomes the security deposit once the applicant is approved and the lease is signed, as well as a $300 pet deposit. Additionally, there are monthly fees, including a Resident Liability Program fee of $15, a trash pickup fee of $19.95, and pet rent of $35.

How do I pay rent?

To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply). 

We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex. 

With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.
